Connected Living focuses on the whole household, strengthening communication, understanding, and emotional safety so that calm and connection can grow over time. You will receive: • A comprehensive, evolving training or behaviour plan • Video demonstrations and practical handouts • Session recordings for online appointments • Ongoing email support throughout the programme • Written reports and veterinary liaison for behaviour cases where appropriate For behaviour modification work, veterinary referral is required to support collaborative care and welfare first practice. Additional sessions can be added if further support is needed beyond the programme.
